Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Business-to-business customer relationships and sales
Personal data is processed to enable communication, cooperation, sales, and contractual relationships.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

b) Website analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse website usage, improve website functionality, and enhance user experience.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is collected via the cookie consent mechanism and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Data content of the register

Customer and marketing data:

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Phone number

  • Position, title, and role within the organisation

Website analytics data:

  • IP address (processed in anonymised form)

  • Device and browser information

  • Pages visited, session duration, and interactions on the website

5. Regular sources of data

Personal data is obtained directly from the data subject, from public sources, or through the use of the website.

6. Recipients and data transfers

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC acting as a data processor. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with GDPR.

7. Retention period

Customer and marketing data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted once the relationship ends or consent is withdrawn.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings and deleted automatically after the defined retention period.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • Access their personal data

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data

  • Request erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict processing

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

  • Receive and transfer their data (data portability)

  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)

Requests shall be submitted in writing to the data controller.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
